I want to make this experience as easy as possible for you.

PLEASE NOTE:  I WORK ALONE IN MY BUSINESS.  I HANDLE ALL EMAILS, DO THE WEB DEVELOPMENT, MARKETING, INVENTORY, CREATE THE FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS, PACKING, and SHIPPING.  I DO MY BEST TO MAKE SURE I CAN HELP ANYONE THAT CONTACTS ME.  I HAVE ALWAYS MADE WEDDING DEADLINES AND ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO CREATE FLORAL DESIGNS THAT YOU ABSOLUTELY LOVE.  I ALSO WORK THIS BUSINESS PART TIME AND KEEP SOME STRANGE LATE HOURS BECAUSE OF MY PRIORITIES WITH MY FAMILY LIFE.  I COMPLETED ALMOST 150 SETS THIS PAST YEAR AND LOOK FORWARD TO WHAT THE NEXT YEAR HOLDS.

PAYMENT METHODS:   

       

I accept payments, credit cards, and e-checks through PayPal.  PayPal is a secure online payment system.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.  Simply click the "Do not have PayPal" box and continue with the checkout process.

I also accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders. 

DEPOSIT:  I request a non-refundable $25 deposit to reserve your ship date.  The deposit can be made through Paypal, personal check, cashiers check, or money order. 

SAMPLE:  It is a good idea to request a sample.  The cost of that sample item will be deducted from your invoice, but not the shipping charges. 

FINAL PAYMENT:  One half of the balance must be paid prior to the start of the project.  The balance must be paid prior to shipping.  I make every effort to work with the bride or buying party and communicate how quickly the floral set will be completed.  Please note that a personal check will be held 10 days for clearance before the set will be shipped.  A delay in making the final payment will result in the delay of shipment. 

SHIPPING:  Items are shipped through US Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 business days) with delivery tracking information.  Insurance coverage is encouraged but not mandated.  If you prefer that I use another means of shipping, please let me know and I will make the arrangements you want.

CANCELLATIONS:  "Simply Classic Creations" is not responsible for weddings cancelled by the bride and groom.  Any time prior to the start of the project, written notification must be made and all monies, less cost for materials already purchased and $25 deposit, will be refunded.     

BUSINESS EMERGENCIES:  "Simply Classic Creations" may cancel an order if obligations cannot be met.  In the event of an emergency, fire, tragedy, or natural disaster which will prohibit the completion of the order,  liability is limited to a full refund of any monetary amount already paid.
